Lattepanda 4GB/64GB model not starting + no display

I recently got my lattepanda delivered 2 days ago
Today i tried to start it up using the USB charger for my iPad which supplied 2.1A at 5 V but the lattepanda is not powering on and there is no display on the HDMI port
Any suggestions ?
