7" display flashing

Hello.

I started, I used the USB power supply that came with.
However, Lattepanda was totally shut down in the middle of the setup.
I then tried to use the other 5V@2A USB power supply.
Then, the setup has been completed !!
....However, when I was after 2-3 hours, blinking 7-inch display began.
I tried to exchange to the switching power supply with an output of 2.4A, but it did not change.
I tried to exchange to the switching power supply with an output of 3A, but it did not change.....

That's cold start, about 1 minute first does not blink.
Blinking, it occurs when there are many bright colors part of the screen.
Backlight brightness does not matter.
Backlight is not blinking.
In synchronization with the blinking, the switching power supply and infrastructure (possibly per backside of a LCD connector), the noise can be heard.
Or overload ?

Per the basis of the noise can be heard (perhaps coil) is very hot.
