LattePanda doesn't boot. Constant Red light blinking

Hi guys,

I haven't got the lattepanda to boot once. I'm using a 5V 2.4A power supply and the lattepanda doesn't boot.
At first there was one red blink when i press the power supply.
Then i pressed it a few times and it started blinking non-stop.
It never boots up so i can't flash anything.

Is there a way to fix it? or do i need a replacement?

EDIT: I also tried to email techsupport@lattepanda.com but i got an immediate response saying the email is invalid (failed to send).
