Reinstalling, but "Error: 21. Device not ready"

Hi, I have tried to re-install windows 10 and followed your simple recipy, however when "Deployment Image Servicing and Management Tool" I get to the step "Applying image" at only 1%, and then this "Error: 21 Device not ready" shows up, and a good chunk of messages / istallment notifications in the x:\windows\Logs\DISM+dismlm.log file.

What is wrong here you think?
