[SOLVED] Is the an official dimensioned mechanical drawing?

Before I breakout my digital Mitutoyo Calipers and run whatever electro-static risk possible damaging my board 'over-handling' it, is there a mechanical drawing detailing the overal size, mounting hole placement and general location of the main chips under the metal screening cans for both sides...

I really want to cnc/ manual mill up a couple of plates in copper that would thermally contact say the CPU directly and assist in cooling things...

I've only just received my bunch of Latte Panda parts & they are all still in their electro-static bags. I've searched here and further but can't seem to find such data.... Any ideas folks? Thanks.
