[CLOSED] LP 7" Screen Ghosting

Hi! So I posted about my screen ghosting in this topic, and Lattepanda said to post here to ask for a replacement. So, here I am, wondering if I can get a new screen and touchpad overlay. The overlay because I put it on before checking that the screen worked, and to my knowledge you can't take it off.

I also emailed techsupport@lattepanda.com and techsupport@dfrobot.com about it.
