Lattepanda and RTKLIB

I try to run RTKLIB basestation on my lattepanda but the panda seems to not be able to calculate nessecary algoritms for STRSVR (Base station). I try to read GPS data on USB port and send out RTCM3 on an other USB port over radio-link. I can send over network if i send u-blox data but not if i send RTCM3 data.
Have anyone tested lattepanda for RTK-base. I know that Raspberry can do this.
Please help!
