Alternative screen?

I stumbled on this via recommended youtube vids, and was wondering if it's possible to run the latte panda with a screen like the nexus 7 2013, they can be had as complete display/digitizer units for the same cost as the latte panda option.

(I recently replaced a broken screen on my tablet via an ebay part from china, all going well)

Would be pretty neat to get the FHD resolution + windows 10 for this price, like a poor man's jalopy surface tablet....
