Phone Hands Free

Looking to use the Lattepanda in a car PC project. One of the many requirements is hands free with the iPhone. Has anyone been able to get hands free to work? I have been trying with my surface pro 3 and windows 10 and no luck.

Windows support and updating drivers has been no help. Lot's of forums are indicating this functionality has been removed from windows 10.
