flashing red light problem

Hello a while ago I had the flashing red light problem I then got a better power supply that worked and now (weeks later) I am haveing the same problem I tried all of the power adapters I know would work (and even tried useing 2 at onece to increse amprage) but I am haveing the problem where the red light flashes and nothing comes up on my screen is their any other problems that could cause this and any is there any way to fix it
