wrong LattePanda? (1,44Ghz, not 1,8Ghz)

in my system information i am shown my latte panda as a "Intel Atom(TM) x5-z8300 CPU @ 1.44Ghz" ... i how ever think that i should be having the "Intel Cherry Trail Quad Core 1.8 Ghz" processor ... what's going on? furthermore, i have a windows 10 product key included, eventhough my purchase confirmation states that i ordered 2 LattePanda 4G/64GB without Win10 product key (Model DFR0419)
