[RESOLVED] Board Keeps Shuting Down

I can get the LattePanda running with Windows 10 but when I open a program it shuts down. I am using a Apple 2.3amp USB power adapter. At one point in time I had it running for a while with no problems but in the end it shut down. The board is running the 7" display and the CPU cooler heat sink. I have tried running the board multiple times but in the end I have accepted the board is defective.
