After I installed the fan it started to run immediately after the lattepanda was plugged in to power even though the lattapanda itself wasn't turned on. So everytime I turn the lattepanda off now the fan just keeps spinning until I disconnect the lattepanda from electricity. Is this normal, is the fan supposed to be working all the time even if the board is turned off?
