LattaPanda cannot bootup completely

Hi, I get the 32Gb with Window 10 one. Connected to an adaptor with 5.25V and 2.4A output to the micro USB plug. Once switch on, the Blue LED on the LattaPanda blink for a few seconds and switch off after that. It was connected to the HDMI to DVI cable from Lattapanda to my Monitor. There was totally black screen. Try unplug the HDMI cable but the blue LED also blink for a few seconds before going off. What happen? Thanks a lot
