CE / UL Certification

If the LattePanda board is CE/UL certified do I have to get my product certified for use by a customer if I am just putting the board in a case (assuming no extra components)?

What if I put it in a case with other UL/CE Certified components?

I know this is not legal advice, just looking for any hints or experience that people may have in this area.
