How to use PWM from Lattepanda using it's arduino on board

I try to use PWM with PWM pin and analog pin from arduino on board lattepanda, but it fails. Maybe someone can help me with the code or the schematic of the circuit.
NB:
I'm using Lattepanda and my motor driver is motor driver vnh3sp30.
Help me please anyone.
