My LattePanda does not boot.

I tried dual booting.
I used Remix OS and Phoenix OS to lay out the Android OS.
But they did not run.
So I just tried to run Windows again.
However, if you select Windows in the window that selects Windows and Remix OS, Windows does not boot.
It does not boot the remix OS either. I just can not find the file and it does not boot.
So I posted it on the homepage and tried to initialize it by creating a booting USB.
However, when I try to initialize it, I can not install it again because I can not enter Windows.
I want to restore Windows.
Please tell me how to save LattePanda.
