How to access the Ten X-Z8300 GPIO pins

The ten GPIO pins in area U1 of the diagram at https://www.lattepanda.com/docs/ are designed to be accessed, however I can not find any documentation that shows how to access them.

Can someone please share some code that shows how to access these ten pins!
