Does not start up without hdmi Display

I am using Teamviewer to connect to my lattepanda so I don't need an display on my lattepanda.
If a hdmi display is connected to the lattepanda starts and teamviewer autostarts fine.

But if no display is connected the lattepanda don't comes up on teamviewer.
Does anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong?
