Windows 8.1 Drivers?

I prefer to use 8.1 over 10, most things work fine except the SD card can not read any micro SD cards inserted. USB drives can be read, I tried manually installing all the drivers from here ( https://github.com/LattePandaTeam/Latte ... 0-Software ) by going through each one and right-clicking the .inf files > install, but still can't get the microSD slot working, any help?
