[RESOLVED] Touch panel out of alignment

My 7" touch panel is acting strange. On the left hand side of the panel touches are registering fine, as you get further right the calibration gets worse and worse.
Also around the middle of the panel it registers the click in two locations concurrently.

The problem has happened since first boot (Yesterday)
I have a 5V/3A adapter

I have reinstalled the operating system.
I have reinstalled the drivers.
I have re-seated the cable.

I believe this is a hardware issue.
