Flashed the beta BIOS, now no video output

My LP worked fine after flashing the always-on BIOS, I decided to just flash the new beta bios, same steps, seemed to work, but then after it finished and I restarted it I get no video output from the HDMI. The red light is on, it responds to reset/power buttons. I have tried hard reset. I have tried loading the previous BIOS on USB and inserting it and starting it up and waiting to see if it flashes automatically and fixes it, but no fix..

Is my LP dead?

It's the 4G64GB version.
