LattePanda can't boot windows

lattepanda can boot in my office with 5V, 2.5A.
but lattepanda can't boot windows in my factory.
when lattapnada boot windows in my factory. i push reset button then lattepanda boot in shell or error message that automatic recovery...
so i reinstall windows but result is same...
why lattepanda boot in shell?
i want to stop boot shell.
i want to boot windows...
