Direct serial connection to Arduino via Wifi

I have a node.js app connecting to Arduino uno via USB port at the moment.
I wanted to go and get the arduino uno-wifi board.
But...
Since I need a computer which can run nodejs that is connected to an arduino, Latepanda seems to fit the bill.
My question now is...

I can run the node js application within the lattepanda windows 10 OS in production.
So when i am testing my nodejs+arduino application in my laptop, I want my nodejs app to connect to Lattepanda's arduino via wifi.
I want to be able to directly program the arduino via wifi from my own computer.
Is this possible?
