[DEFECTIVE] + "My LattePanda 4GB/64GB fails to start"

Dear colleagues,
I've got a serious technical issue with my LattePanda 4G/64GB (S70CR110-C45B / Z8300) after editing BIOS settings:

1. While editing BIOS settings, I've occasionally changed the IGD Boot Type option HDMI port B -> eDP;
2. This way, I also disabled USB Mass Storage Driver Support;
2. Finally, I've used Reset System with ME disable ModeMEUD000 option to reset default BIOS settings.

After reboot, my LattePanda didn't start and either there's no video output from HDMI port.

Since then, I've made several attempts to restore the factory default BIOS settings of my LattePanda, *BUT*, it was unsuccessful. 

Can you guide me how can I recover my LattePanda to properly start after power on.
