[RESOLVED] Lattepanda Dead

Good day after Iv installed Centrafuse on my panda shut it down installed add ones restated .next day want to configure Centrafuse Panda red power light come on as normal wen I pressed the power button the red light fade away and the fan stop working I change the power supply an still no joy I measure on CM2 with my fluke for voltage and nothing change the scale to ohm and fond that it gave me a short circuit on the supply side
Please kindly advise on this problem
