[DEFECTIVE] Red Light Never Turns off after Powering Unit

I've had my LattePanda since the end of February, and it has worked fine until a couple days ago. I plugged the microUSB power source in, and the red light turned on while the blue light on top pulsed for a moment. Once the blue light went out, I waited for the red one to go out as well so I could power my unit on... and it never went out. After perusing the forums for a couple days I've tried a hard reset, I've tried flashing the BIOS, but absolutely nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated!
