IoT Core BSP

I'm currently working on a project to deploy Windows IoT Core in a custom image to a Lattepanda. Is there a BSP anywhere that can be used to help accelerate the process of gathering drivers and device configurations for the embedded hardware?

For example there is a BSP that's been produced to make images for the RaspberryPi.

Has anyone already created a BSP for IoT core with the Lattepanda?
