[Hardware] Multiples RFID Reader MFRC522

I hope that you'll be able to help me.
I'm trying to use at least two RFID readers (MFRC522) on my LattePanda but since there is only those 3 pins as SPI: D16 (MOSI), D14 (MISO), D15 (SCK), I can't make it work using others pins for my second RFID reader.
Is there any other way I can manage to put two RFID readers onto my LattePanda ?
For instance can I convert, directly inside the software, the function of a specific pin ?
