problem on startup and reinstallation

hello everyone

can you help me? I can't start lattepanda.
When I start up lattepanda first time, it popped up and said "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannnot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation." 
I clicked ok and restarted but it came again and again.

Next I tried to reinstall win10 following official guide.

I created the bootable USB stick and plug it but reinstallation was failed. Error message is as below.
Error Message:
The application or operating system could not be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.
File: \windows\system32\boot\winload.efi
Error code: 0xc0000359

I used official Win10 image "x86 version for CR110 z8350 2GB+32GB" for making bootable stick.
Hardware information:
S70CR200-CC34E-MID Z8350
2G+32G

How can I do?
