Restore Windows 10 not working

HI all. I did search the forum and I found this thread https://www.lattepanda.com/forum/topic/313302 that I am going to read right now, but just in case it does not help, I want to start this in case someone can help me.

So. I have been restoring windows for a bit, I mean, I know nothing about computers but this is simple process IMO. I used ruffes to make a bootable USB like I always do, but this time I don't know what to do as in BIOS there is no way to boot from it .
