Custom Splash Screen

I was reading in a different topic of a customer who was using the LattePanda for commercial use. In the topic, the customer wanted to provide a custom logo for the splash screen. The Admin of LattePanda told the customer to contact via e-mail for special requests like such and without hacking the Bios, I wanted to change the splash screen and e-mailed "lattepanda@outlook.com" but have not received a reply since last week. May I have more info on how to complete this task and if it can be obtainable for our project?
