NO SDRAM Drive after reinstalling OS

I have re installed (from USB) the OS which I downloaded from the LP Site.
LP is now back to life with Windows 10 running, however it will not recognise any SDcards (Before the reinstall it did). Any drives on the USB are OK
Device Manager shows SD Host adaptor with 3 x Intel SD host controllers. But will not mount the card as a drive
Any ideas/fixes
