Locked out of Bios, and can't boot to usb

Any options for my situation where I changed a setting in the bios (enable quick boot i think) No matter how fast I press the ESC key I can't get into the bios screen, always just lattepanda and then boots into windows. Any way to reset bios or force it to boot off usb so I can reflash bios? I tried holding down the power and reset for 20 remove let go wait 1 min remove power hold down reset but I can't get it to work. Any ideas would be appreciated
