sick panda or dead one?

hi
i have a 4 Gb /64 of the original run, with windows,..
and since a bit it doesn't start anymore - no led blink - nothing

no 20 secound Pressing helped, different cabels, different
power units

yet Those i tried got Warm, but dont do enithing
i tried some with leds, They dimmed massively when connected...

eave an external power bank, basically siwtched off

I fear some short ciruite or such?

any one an idea what i can try to cure my poor panda?
