Questions about the upcoming Lattepanda delta

Will the Delta board support regular Linux distros like Linux Mint or Manjaro or if I need to use a specific Ubuntu build like some other boards? I have no use for the Gpio or the Arduino fonctionality as I want to use it as a small Linux desktop. Also what is the time limit to pre-order it on Indiegogo?
