Windows blue screen after install: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
Just wanted to check to make sure I’m doing this right:
I should:
1. Grab latest Windows 10 Pro image from Microsoft
2. Use Rufus to blow the image on to a USB stick less than 32 gig in size (and have it formatted as Fat32)
3. Boot off USB stick
4. Install Windows (and delete all the partitions)
5. Pull stick just after reboot so it doesn’t boot off the stick again to begin install
6. Driver installations
Installation goes fine, but at first reboot I have been getting the blue screen mentioned in the title. Is there something I am doing wrong?
Thanks
Christopher
