Ethernet Port LAN driver?

I bought the LattePanda 4gb 64bit Windows Enterprize IoT computer... and all works, except for the Ethernet Port or LAN.
When I go to device manager, it does not even show. There was an unknown USB device which I uninstalled and restarted the computer, that just came back. I could be my USB mouse or keyboard.
I need a link to the Ethernet LAN driver for this Intel board, can't seem to find?
I believe the driver is not installed??
