New LattePanda dosn't work

Hello,

today i got my new LattePanda, 4GRam, 64G with original power supply.

Plugged HDMI in, power in, red light turned off, press powerbutton and nothing.

Haved checked with keyboard on and press ESC (capslock never flashes).

After a while, press F3, Enter, F4, Enter. Nothing.

Have tried to flash bios blind with USB Stick, wait 10min (someone wrote 5min), Nothing.

Now, when plugin power, the red led always burns (read somewhere this means bios is missing).

So what to do?
