[LP 2G32G] LAN problem after Windows Update

Today after Windows update I lost a LAN adapter at my LP. That means no LAN adapter in Network Connection, no unknown device in Device Manager.
When I connect LAN cable - orange LED blinking.
I restarted my LP few times, I checked at BIOS - nothing.
Anyone had the same problem?
