Retore winows bios and O/S help

I recently purchased a latte panda 32 CR200/Z8350 without operating system.
I successfully updated the bios to ubuntu 64 bit.
I then installed the Ubuntu 64 bit system, All worked fine.

Now I wish to change the operating system to Windows 10 32 bit.
I have tried re flashing the bios with 2 versions of images from your site.
Folder 2G version DF-BI-7-S70CR200-CC34-004-C
DF-BI-7-S70CR200-CC34-004-C (64 bit to 32 bit).

When I try to update the bios the operation fails
