Reflashing BIOS from Ubuntu back to Windows

Hi, I have flashed my Lattepanda CR200 2G BIOS to install Ubuntu and now wanted to install back Windows. Do I need to reflash the BIOS again back to the "default 1.2" BIOS? Anyway I did try doing so but the screen said "4c - Rom file Rom layout is changed" and refused to continue. Can anyone help?
