Pin to Port connections Atmega32U4

Would it be possible to get the schematics or snips of the Arduino Co-possessor and how it is wired into the panda board and headers? it would also be nice to have the schematics for all the user accessible IO and how they are wired as well.

I specifically would like to know what ports all the arduino pins are going to.

I originally made the assumption that the Leonardo on the Latte Panda is connected Exactly as it is on the Leonardo, I am starting to think that may have been a bad assumption.

I previously posted in general discussion and figured that might have been the wrong location after a couple days without a response from the latte panda team .

Any information would be most helpful.
