Alpha: 12 inch screen compatiblity

I am looking for a 12 - 13 inch screen for the alpha. Can anybody tell me if they think either of these screens will be compatible?

I see that the Alpha should have an eDP connector, but I'm not quite sure if anything else, like a controller or ineverter is needed?
The idea is to use a Lenovo Thinkpad x200s as a chassis, use the lattepanda as the computer and put in a nice display. A little bit like these guys are doing but using a lattepanda instead. https://forum.51nb.com/forum-x62-1.html
