Recovery Screen

My LattePanda with Windows 10 Home Edition abruptly shut down, and can only get to the Recovery Screen. Please provide instructions to get it out of this mode.
Sometimes it gets to the LattePanda admin screen, for which I'm not sure now, if I ever used it to bring up the board the first time it was received. Please advice.
