Internet via GSM Module

Hello, I want to know if anyone has ever build something that allows the LattePanda to have internet connection via a GSM Modulo and the integrated Arduino? My main goal it's to keep the LP connected as much as possible even when there isn't Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection available.
