WIFI/BT Antenna on LattePanda Alpha Discussion

Is there any trick or technique to fitting the Bluetooth & wifi antennae to the Alpha? Those tiny connections are a pain. I managed to get one attached but the other refuses to click into place. In fact, I'm not sure I haven't now damaged either the antenna or board connector by burring the edges. Wifi had worked without the antenna but I assume it's going to be significantly better with it.
