(Discussion) Android on Lattepanda
Hello everyone!
I noticed that posts about Android support for Lattepanda are scattered around all of the forum. I suggest collecting all the requests, feedback and suggestions regarding Android build for Lattepanda here.
So, let me be the first who asks this question in this topic.
Dear Lattepanda team!
Are there any updates on official Android build for LP?
Your representatives have told us several times that Android is under development but we get almost no updates on its state.
Has the project been cancelled. We just want to know if there is going to be Android version for LP at all and if possible any ETA even approximate would be appreciated.
It would be great if there was a working build supporting official 7" display and touch overlay, WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI, USB and 3.5mm audio jack. I understand that built in Google services is a highly complicated task due to restrictions and tightened policies from Google's side, so I'm not talking about Play Store here.
Any provided information would be appreciated.
Thanks!
