Reinstall windows is not working

After I used the board with success I have left it on the side for few months.
Now I wanted to use it again but it failed to boot windows.
So I looked up and downloaded the proper image for my board to reinstall windows.
Without any luck...
I see that the image is formatting the drive. But after that when loading the images on to it it gets stuck .
