Alpha dies after few minutes of use

Hi LattePanda, recieved my alphas the other day. Everything looks superb! I tested them real quick and turn them on and such for a few minutes everything seemed to run ok. Today I decided to get started to set one of them up permanently to replace my computer. I got everything hooked up and turned it on. It was running great. Got online and checking my email and some things and suddenly the whole thing goes dead no longer displays the led light. And doesnt power on anymore. I currently have my other alpha set up and seems to be running fine. What should I do to get the dead one replaced?
